Reflexive Concepts is seeking a Lead Software Developer to join our team!
  • The selected candidate will lead a team sustaining and enhancing several critical enterprise applications supporting Space and Property Management, Asset Management and Transportation Management.
  • Assume the role of lead developer within the team, collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates and act as a key point of contact. Additionally, provide leadership in facilitating communication and fostering positive relationships between the development team and stakeholders. Take ownership of technical aspects of the project, including architectural decisions, code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices. Act as a point of contact for technical discussions and provide leadership in driving the successful delivery of the solution.
  • Utilize strong Java development experience, proficiency in a JavaScript framework such as Angular, and familiarity with Docker for containerization and Linux OS development. Additionally, experience with Camunda for workflow creation/deployments and dashboard troubleshooting will benefit the candidate.
  • The candidate will support application sustainment and enhancements per requirements, proactively identify and correct potential issues before outages occur, and implementrequired code enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the customer throughout the development process, elicit requirements, troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely delivery of the solution.
  • The position will require working in a fast-paced team in an agile environment and a willingness to take on challenges to creatively solve customer requirement problem sets.
Required Qualifications:
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Twelve (12) years of experience in software development/ engineering in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or related discipline
    • Four (4) years of additional software development experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
  • Experience with Java development
  • Experience with a JavaScript framework such as Angular
  • Experience developing in the Linux operating system
  • Experience with Docker for containerized application deployment and management
  • Ability to work during core hours of 10AM-2PM Monday - Friday. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
