Your role in helping us shape the future:
U.S. News empowers everyone to thrive. As a Sales Operations Analyst in our Education Vertical, you will work closely with a cross-functional team to optimize our sales and marketing processes and identify opportunities for revenue growth. You will develop a strong and collaborative partnership with key stakeholders ranging from sales, marketing, product and engineering to C-level executives at US News.

As a Sales Operations Analyst in our Education Vertical, you will work closely with a cross-functional team to optimize our sales and marketing processes and identify opportunities for revenue growth. You will develop a strong and collaborative partnership with key stakeholders ranging from sales, marketing, product and engineering to C-level executives at US News.
Are you up to the challenge?
- Data analysis: Evaluating and organizing data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements
- Reporting: Creating sales reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and guide sales strategy
- Forecasting: Doing sales forecasts and budget planning. Presenting business recommendations based on data insights and industry trends.
- CRM system maintenance: Ensuring data accuracy in the CRM system, building custom reports and dashboards. Working closely with individual business units to support their needs
Position Requirements
You should definitely have:
- Three years to five years of similar or related experience maintaining and optimizing CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, finance or a related discipline
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with statistical methods for evaluating success with a track record of doing so within one or many business units
- Strong communication skills and comfort with managing stakeholders across an array of business units, including Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering
It would be nice if you had:
- Experience with SaaS sales
- Experience with Zoho
- Experience with SQL

- The anticipated base salary for this position is $70,000 - $100,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, interview performance, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
