  • Experience with Business to Business selling processes
  • Consistently managed complex global cross-functional projects and stakeholders, powered by data-driven insight. Complexity can vary based on size, scope, geographies, variables and dynamics of customer or project
  • Individual vision and goal setting, a strategic solution mindset, and experience taking successful action on these
  • Proven skills to communicate across diverse functions, teams, and especially with customers
  • Strong experience with strategic large-scale process optimization, program management, customer support strategy, or quality assurance
  • Excellent decision-making, consensus building, and conflict resolution skills
  • Precise organizational skills for customer, client, and internal stakeholder programs
  • Experience working on large scale initiatives to align with return on investment (ROI) and account impact
  • 5+ years in a Business Analyst, Solution Architect, Project Management, Program Management, or similar role
  • 5+ years in sales, presales, sales training, or solution design
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified
  • Bachelor's degree/diploma, or the equivalent
You Will:
  • Partner across teams to assess and identify client health risk driver and propose corrective action plans
  • Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps to increase customer retention and expansion
  • Plan and strategically lead high-impact initiatives to improve scaled sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • Continually assess operational risks
  • Leverage the operational understanding of client/stakeholder processes to develop and implement process improvement plans globally
  • Build best practices that are globally consistent
  • Collect feedback, evaluate efficiencies, and recommend changes to optimize sales delivery
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with clients
  • Act as a client champion and facilitate timely resolution of client issues or concerns
  • Lead expansion and efficiency projects including change requests
  • Oversee development and maintenance of knowledge assets to drive repeatability and rapid adoption of optimal processes
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to more junior program managers
  • Report directly to the Director of Professional Services

  • Base Salary of $67,000 or more based on qualifications/experience
