Organized and proactive Dispatcher to join our Clients field services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently coordinating and dispatching service technicians to address technical issues at client sites. This role involves assessing service requests, scheduling on-site visits, and ensuring timely and effective resolution of client problems. The Dispatcher will play a crucial part in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a technical understanding of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive and Prioritize Service Requests: Manage incoming service requests via phone, email, or ticketing system, categorizing them based on urgency and complexity.
Scheduling and Dispatching: Assign appropriate service technicians to client sites based on skill sets, availability, and proximity. Ensure efficient scheduling and optimal routing to minimize travel time and maximize productivity.
Communication: Maintain clear and concise communication with clients and technicians. Update clients on the status of their service requests and inform technicians of any changes in scheduling or scope of work.
Coordination and Follow-up: Monitor the progress of each service request, ensuring timely completion. Follow up with technicians to ensure issues are resolved and gather feedback on the service provided.
Documentation: Accurately record all service activities, including client interactions, dispatched technicians, and resolution details, in the company's service management system.
Problem-solving: Analyze recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
Customer Service: Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive client experience and maintaining strong client relationships.
Support Team Efficiency: Assist in managing the technician's workload and availability, optimizing the use of resources, and supporting overall team efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a dispatching role, preferably in a technical or managed service environment.
Strong understanding of technical support and service operations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using dispatch and scheduling software or service management systems.
Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
