Job Title: Assembler Pay: $20-24 Shift: 6:30am - 3:00pm Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate hand tools and power hand tools, strip wires and wire harnesses, and install them into labeled terminals. This role involves working in a team to lift and hold frames, following non-technical assembly drawings, and completing various tasks in a busy shop environment. Responsibilities Operate hand tools and power hand tools. Strip wires and wire harnesses and install them into labeled terminals. Lift and hold 50-65lb frames in two-person teams for attachment. Follow non-technical assembly drawings. Run wires and land correct wires into terminal blocks based on drawings. Work in the scissor lift area, building and wiring sub-assemblies and installing them. Essential Skills Experience with hand tools and power hand tools. Mechanical aptitude and assembly skills. Ability to strip multi-conductor jackets and cables. Production and construction experience. Ability to read and follow assembly drawings. Additional Skills & Qualifications Great attitude and willingness to learn. Flexibility to work in different areas if needed. Work Environment The work is based on a standard shift with some flexibility for personal needs, such as childcare. The role involves working in a busy shop with your own area where lifts are located. Our facility is located in a nice building in Mukilteo near Kamiak.
