Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install electronic components, wiring, and subassemblies into rolling stock according to technical specifications and work instructions. (OK)
- Read and interpret production drawings to ensure proper assembly and functionality of electronic systems.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools to assemble and install electronic components. OK
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and company standards. OK
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in electronic assembly, particularly in a manufacturing or production settingpreferred.
- Understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams. OK
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools for assembly work. OK
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills. OK
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move heavy components (up to [weight limit], as necessary).
