Job Description:
As an Assembler, you will play a vital role in our production process by assembling both simple and complex components to meet customer specifications. You will be responsible for following detailed instructions and established procedures, ensuring that all work meets our high-quality standards while achieving production goals.

What You'll Do:
- Read and comprehend assembly instructions and follow established procedures accurately.
- Keep accurate records of production quantities and report any discrepancies.
- Perform assembly tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Assemble products to meet customer requirements, ensuring all specifications are met.
- Knowledge of basic hand tools and their proper usage.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in reading measurements in metric.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for the duration of the shift.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality work output.
