Job Summary
Because of retirement of the previous finance manager we are looking for an F&I (Finance and Insurance) Manager to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a deep knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures and the ability to assist customers and close deals on additional product offerings.
If you have prior sales experience and great customer service skills we will train the right person. This is a great opportunity to build an incredible career if you are willing to train and learn. Prior sales experience is needed and automotive experience is a must and finance management a plus, however we will train you if you are the right candidate.
Pay Range
$120,000 to $180,000 per year on commission and bonuses. DOE

- Great schedule with early out or late in everyday that you work , except when covering for your partner in finance.

- Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases. Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience
- Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability
- Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position
- Accurately review deals, submits deals to lenders for approval when needed, help make credit decisions, and effectively closes deals at times
- Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines
- Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals
- Accurately audit team deals Post-Sale and deeply analyze for improvements
- Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts
- Eagerness to improve
- Experience in either automotive sales, finance, retail or other financial institutions
- Knowledge of dealership finance procedures, preferred
- Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability, preferred
- Well-versed in Federal and State Laws, preferred
- Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills
- Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
- Valid driver’s license
