Description A clinic in northeastern Illinois has an opening for a skilled Gastroenterologist to provide clinical and procedural locum coverage. Opening Overview: * Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts * Call shifts required * Patient Volume: 30-40 total per week * Procedure Volume: 20 per week * Procedure Types: General GI plus interventional capabilities * Support Staff: APPs, PRN MD * Anesthesia Support: ANX support/MAC sedation * Cryo or TPN knowledge beneficial * EMR: Dragon & Epic * Must be board-certified or board-eligible * Paid travel & expenses During your free time, relax on sandy beaches along a Great Lake, explore peaceful nature trails in a lakeside park, or enjoy birdwatching in a protected wildlife area.
