REQUIREMENTS:

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to New York State Bar
• 3+ years of experience with Automobile and Premises Liability cases a MUST (preferred defense)
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, trials, and hearings.
• Prepare and present arguments for dispositive motions.
• Conduct legal research, draft discovery requests, and respond to discovery inquiries.
• Conduct and defend depositions of fact and expert witnesses
