Outpatient Only FM Physician - Iowa

The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician for a community health center, also called a federally qualified health center, in Ottumwa, Iowa.

• Flexibility in schedule – scheduled 40 hours per week.
• Clinic Hours M- F 7:00am-6:30pm.
• See 18-20 patients/day.
• 15-minute acute visits, 30-minute chronic visits.
• 3 exam rooms
• Medical team includes 4 providers, 11 clinical support staff, 6 therapists, 1 psychiatrist, and 2 PMHNPs. Dental on site too!
• No call
• No weekends
• No hospital coverage

Requirements

• Salary starts at $300,000 + quality and productivity incentives
• $50k sign on bonus.
• H1b or J1 sponsorship available
• Relocation allowance.
• Student loan repayment eligible - $75k for 2 years of service, more if bilingual in Spanish.
• Malpractice Insurance through FTCA.
• $3500 and 5 days for continuing education annually.
• Membership fees/dues for professional organizations paid.
• PTO + 8 paid holidays.
• 403B retirement with 5% match.
