Norton Neuroscience Institute is recruiting board certified or board eligible general neurologists for its comprehensive program. The ideal candidates will have an opportunity to join over 130 adult and pediatric neuroscience specialists who are part of Norton Neuroscience Institute.
Norton Neuroscience Institute draws more patients than any other neuroscience provider in Louisville, KY and Southern Indiana. In addition to numerous other accolades, Norton Neuroscience Institute leads a network of stroke care across four Norton Healthcare adult-service hospitals in Louisville. This network includes Norton Brownsboro Hospital, a DNV Healthcare accredited Comprehensive Stroke Center, in addition to two Primary Stroke Centers and an Acute Stroke Ready Hospital.
Norton Neuroscience Institute providers benefit from the flexibility and culture of a private health care system combined with the research priorities of an academic institution. Providers have access to continuing education through the Norton Healthcare Center for Continuing Medical Education, Provider & Nursing Education, as well as weekly neuroscience clinical conferences with neurosurgery and neurology providers, and the annual Norton Neuroscience Institute symposium.

- Botox Injections for headaches
- Nurse Practitioner assistance in office and for rounding
- Competitive compensation package, including sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, production bonus option, CME and dues reimbursement allowances
- Candidates coming out of residency/fellowship are offered up to $100,000 recruitment incentive and may qualify for federal student loan forgiveness through our not for profit health care system
- Experienced candidates relocating into the market are offered a retention bonus of up to $60,000
