Position Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the activities and performance of their assigned sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals and overall company objectives. They will provide day to day coaching, on-going mentorship, development, and training of their sales team to maximize performance.
The Sales Manager will embrace and become proficient in a variety of technologies that will enable the organization to best connect with and serve our customers. They will be accountable for communicating and tracking monthly goals with their team to drive consistent and continuous performance. They will be an integral part of the Sales Leadership Team. Essential Functions, Duties & Accountabilities
1. Building, mentoring, and leading a top-notch sales team by consistently developing through coaching, objective setting, performance monitoring, and product knowledge education.
2. Set individual sales goals, analyze performance data, monitor progress, and adjust as needed for success of sales team.
3. Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them for continued success.
4. Meet monthly and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
5. Track and analyze sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
6. Accurately report on sales activity and forecasting to senior sales management
8. Introduce new product tests and rollouts to Team, understanding our customers and how they relate to our products.
9. Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to improve key metrics.
10. Be a leader in the responsible implementation of technology and AI to better connect with and serve our customers and employees.
13. In collaboration with senior management, establishes appropriate culture within the sales team.
14. Support and enforce sales departments and company's policies and procedures and remain compliant with defined policies and procedures.
15. Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and partner with HR regarding corrective actions as needed.
16. Responsible for ensuring the confidentiality and full complete safeguarding the company's trade secrets and any of our business client's customer lists and related records.

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Experience and Skills
• Five (5+) years of Sales Management experience.
• Experience leading, coaching, and managing sales teams to extraordinary heights.
• Previous call center management experience required.
• Proven ability to create high performing teams and lead them to success.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong engagement and excellent communication skills.
• A track record of problem-solving and being fearless in trying new ideas and concepts.
• Ability to work with other departments to resolve conflicts/problems and achieve positive results.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent technical skills including computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Analytics) and CRM applications.

- Continuously monitor and fine-tune sales scripts and methods to improve performance.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and emerging markets to ensure our offerings remain ahead of the curve.

Staffing
- Supervise and develop a staff of 20-30 remote and/or on-site sales representatives, including establishing and documenting goals and objectives, and performance management.
Travel
- Ability to travel domestically when required, approximately 10-15%.
