Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of HRIS, ensuring its seamless functionality, spearheading the implementation of HRIS systems, and continuously enhancing its capabilities to meet the evolving needs of the organization while ensuring the system maintains compliance.
  • Collaborate with department managers is a vital aspect of the role. The Human Resources Manager works closely with department heads to support them in executing their HR-related responsibilities, fostering a harmonious and productive work environment.
  • Provide leadership and consultative support to team members, aiding them in achieving operational objectives and enhancing their proficiency in HR-related tasks.
  • Lead the processes of acquiring, securely storing, and analyzing crucial data, including talent and applicant information, payroll data, benefits administration, and hiring requirements. In this capacity, they serve as the on-site representative for these data management operations.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of United States labor laws and individual state laws. This understanding ensures that the Human Resources department consistently upholds compliance in all policies and procedures, aligning with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Oversee and lead the direction of Human Resources team members, including but not limited to HR Talent Acquisitions, HR Talent Management, HR Operations, and HR Payroll. This management is pivotal in achieving operational objectives and fostering a cohesive and effective HR team.
  • Serve as a liaison for all HR operations, the Human Resources Manager provides valuable management perspectives and input in areas such as talent acquisitions, talent management, interview processes, payroll operations, 401k administration, benefits administration, worker's compensation, and onboarding/offboarding processes ensuring precision, uniformity, and adherence to the policies and procedures established by FNS, Inc.
  • Offer support and guidance to local and regional management is essential. Acting as an intermediary communicator/coordinator and leader between Human Resources headquarters and regional members. This includes assisting in areas like succession planning and key performance indicators for individual development and contributing to the growth and advancement of the organization.
  • Effectively oversee and provide guidance to 2-4 employees working in both human resources business processes and human resources operations
Qualifications
  • English/Korean Bilingual Preferred
  • Experience with employment laws (federal, state, and local), compensation investigations, training, and performance management.
  • Experience with ADP systems.
  • General experience and knowledge of Human Resources processes, management, and technological solutions.
  • Relevant experience with HRIS database designs, structures, and functions.
  • Experience with performance management and talent management.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations for multiple states and jurisdictions.
  • Proficient in MS Suite with emphasis on Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, reports)
Preferred Education/Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7 Years of experience in Human Resources Operation
The base salary range for this role is between $80,000-$100,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
