Senior Construction Project Manager

The successful candidate must be a US Citizen and able to pass a background check. Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam is required.We are currently seeking a highly experienced Lead Construction Project Manager for major Industrial/Aerospace projects in Melbourne, FL.As our company prepares to embark on multiple Aerospace projects in the near future, we are in need of an experienced Project Manager to oversee the operations. While it is preferable for candidates to be local, this requirement may be flexible depending on experience. The successful candidate will be primarily based at the project site in Melbourne, FL. The salary for this position ranges from $150,000 annually based on experience. We are looking for a Lead Construction Project Manager with a minimum of 15 years of experience in managing large-scale industrial and Aerospace construction projects. Additionally, the ideal candidate must have at least five (5) years of experience as a Senior Construction Project Manager. Key responsibilities include leading field staff project teams, utilizing Lean Construction/Pull Plans, proficiency in reading drawings, subcontract writing, project buyout, change order management, processing submittals/RFIs, expediting submittals, material/equipment procurement, and collaborating with Project Superintendents. Prior experience withProcoreis essential. Proficiency in Bluebeam, Excel, MS Office, and MS Project Scheduling is also required.The Lead Construction Project Manager will be responsible for onsite project management and change order management for a significant Aerospace High Bay project. They will work closely with subcontractors and project staff to oversee procurement, submittals, schedule, and change orders. Collaboration with the Project Engineer, Project Superintendents, and Safety Manager is critical for the successful and timely completion of the project.As a successful candidate, you must be a self-starter with strong collaborative skills and a team player.
