The RoleFinch is looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join our GTM team. In this role, you will execute on the whole spectrum of the sales cycle, from unlocking new opportunities to negotiations and closing. As the mouthpiece to our prospects, Account Executives have an important role in unlocking potential use cases we haven’t thought of yet, discovering problems we can solve with our platform, and identifying greenfield sales opportunities. Additionally, you will have the unique opportunity to help set the team culture and help iterate on our sales process and go-to-market approach.What You Will DoOwn the full sales cycle from lead to close and independently manage and develop your own pipelineGain and leverage a deep understanding of our positioning, sales process, and customer storiesLead and contribute to team projects to develop and improve our sales processDrive revenue growth through proactive outreach to new and existing customersEducate customers on the value of Finch through tailored demonstrations and presentationsCollaborate with marketing, product, success, and partnerships to identify opportunities to drive better alignment with our prospects Who You Are3+ years of SaaS experience selling to mid-market and enterprise businesses and hitting (or exceeding) your numberAdept at speaking to technical and non-technical personas, tailoring Finch’s value proposition to each of their specific needsDisciplined with time management focused on executing on the highest impact activityWilling to learn and be coached so you can continuously improve in your roleAccountable, as an AE you take ownership for your inputs and outputsMotivated by winning with proven negotiation and closing skillsSolid understanding of the buyer journey, comfortable in both complex and transactional sales cyclesAble to travel to key accounts and industry events when appropriateExperience selling into retirement, brokers, auditors, insurance etc. is a plus, but not a requirementBenefitsFlexible monthly stipend100% Health/Dental/Vision coverage and 85% dependent coverageUnlimited vacation policy (with 3 weeks minimum)Parental leave401(k)Offsite company tripsOffices in SF & NYC$160,000 - $160,000 a yearFinch’s compensation package includes a competitive base salary benchmarked against real-time market data, as well as equity for all full-time roles. We want all full-time employees to be invested in Finch and to be able to take advantage of that investment, so our equity grants include a 10-year exercise window. We also offer exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our minimum cash compensation (salary + commission) range for this role is:$160,000 OTEFinal offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other factors.Finch is an equal opportunity employer.
