About the Role

Join our dynamic team as the Vice President of Financial Strategy and Analysis! In this transformational role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing our finance and planning functions, particularly within the kids' division. You will support the consolidation of sales and margin plans, conducting detailed variance analyses and developing key profitability analyses.

Your responsibilities will include performing monthly variance analysis, identifying business risks and opportunities, and creating financial models to back our international operations. You will own and refine reporting processes and work closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives to meet financial targets.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 15 years of experience in leading finance and planning organizations. A proven track record in driving strategic initiatives and managing change is essential. You will bring strong analytical skills, business acumen, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, along with experience in planning and merchandising applications.

We seek a collaborative leader with excellent organizational and communication skills, who can cultivate a culture of innovation and excellence within our planning team. You will also be involved in order book management and inventory planning while building effective relationships with cross-functional partners.
