The Consumer Risk team is seeking an experienced VP to play a key role in management of the firm’s most senior consumer related risk committee. The role plays a crucial part in ensuring the committee’s adherence to firm policies and regulatory requirements. It requires an energetic and organized self-starter with subject matter expertise in executive reporting, risk measurement and monitoring, committee management, and experience in consumer banking. It also requires strong professional communication skills as it involves a significant amount of collaboration across various divisions, including senior leadership, across the Firm. Primary Responsibilities:Oversee committee adherence to the Firmwide Policy on CommitteesAssist with executive reporting requirements to the committeeCoordinate all aspects of committee management including leadership, facilitation, and strategic planningLead administrative management of the committee including preparing meeting materials, recording and distributing accurate meeting minutes, capturing key decisions and action items from committee meetings as well as follow-up tracking, and maintaining committee records, including membership details, and important documentsLiaise with other committees and departments to ensure alignment on coordinated effortsEngage with Legal, Compliance, and Audit with respect to committee mattersQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, governance or a related major and 10+ years of relevant experience working in a similar or related functionProven track record of risk management administrative experience, preferably in a governance or related roleKnowledge and understanding of financial services, including regulatory landscapeExcellent written, and verbal skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions through concise and clear messagingExcellent presentation design and preparation skillsAbility to coordinate activities with multiple interdependencies across internal teamsAbility to work at all levels of the firm in a fast-paced environment with a focus on deliveryExceptional attention to detailProficiency in MS-office suite Preferred:Knowledge of corporate governance principles, legal requirements, regulations, and compliance is highly valuable in this roleExperience in Governance and Policy developmentSuperior organizational skills (project management experience a plus)

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $130000-$260000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.Benefits
