Senior PCBA Factory Quality Engineer

We are now looking for a PCBA (SMT + assembly) factory quality engineer to work with CMs in US for quality management. As an NVIDIAN, you’ll be immersed in a diverse environment where everyone is encouraged to do their best work.What you will be doing:Manage CMs to bring up new product line and to drive continues quality improvements at each factory sites.Implement and enforce best quality practices at CM sites.Work closely with manufacturing partners in audit, quality critical metric management, process compliance. Handle quality excursions, and qualification.Cooperate with internal teams, including process, assembly, test, reliability, field quality as main factory quality interface.Enforce quality management strategies and identify risks in early product phase.Lead quality session of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and use data to influence improvements within the company and CM/ODMs.What we need to see:BS or MS degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering or a related engineering degree field, or equivalent experience8+ overall years of supplier quality, process quality and customer quality experience in large volume PCBA manufacturing in datacenter/server/storage industrialFamiliar with quality core tools application: 8D, 5-Why, 6S, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Six Sigma/LeanEffective communication and problem solving skills including data analytics, logical and statistical analysis, and oral presentation.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Strong collaboration experience and team management.Proficiency in Spanish would be a plusStrong ownership of quality issuesSelf-motivated, open minded personality with strong learning interests and full passion on worksNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers; we have some of the most forward-thinking and hardworking people in the world working for us and, due to unparalleled growth, best-in-class teams are rapidly growing. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
