The successful candidate will be responsible for raising equity for our Evergreen Fund and other projects, as well as managing investor relations. This position offers a great opportunity to join an experienced team of dedicated professionals operating in a highly successful environment and offers close partner and client interaction. The Capital Markets team is dedicated generate substantial returns for our investors through investment in high performing real estate assets. The Vice President of Business Development will play a critical role in our team by strategizing and executing fund-raising initiatives to support our real estate investment objectives. This individual will develop and maintain relationships with investors, presenting investment opportunities, and managing the overall fundraising process for our real estate fund. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: Fundraising and Investor Relations: Lead fundraising efforts to secure capital for our Evergreen Fund as well as other real estate investments. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential investors, including institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for raising capital.Compliance and Regulation: Ensure all fundraising activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
