Job Overview:Passionate about driving innovation in the mobile / PC market using Arm technologies? As a Client Chipset product manager, you’ll be at the forefront of reshaping the industry. The mission is to define chipset in a way to deliver a step change in compute and graphics performance efficiency and build most secure platform for Client market. The product manager will be leading cross-functional teams, influence product direction, and lead the charge toward ground breaking solutions.Responsibilities:Define 'chipset' roadmap strategy from concept, definition and execution through end of lifeOwn chipset (main application processor, PMIC, RF, Modem, Tranceivers) requirement and drive RFI/RFQ processes with key lead partnersDefine mobile and laptop chipset platforms - memory, storage, camera, display, audio, tools, etc.Drive cross-functional effort to define cost and business models, validate and ensure alignment with business directionLead in defining role and responsibilities and engagement model with design service providers, foundries, and silicon partners for successful commercializationDefine sets of deliverables (HW, SW, tools, documentation, etc.) for successful product launch with OEMStay up to date on competitive landscape, foundry technologies, and standard body activities (e.g. JEDEC, UCIe)Drive 3rd party IP engagement (including sensors, analog DMC, PHY, multimedia IP) to identify a path to differentiateBuild trust with partners, lead effective communication channels, and bring partner insights throughout the product development lifecycleWork closely with SiP/OEM/ODM partners and involve throughout all stages of a product lifecycle to ensure the achievement of product objectivesRequired Skills and Experience :Proven track record in defining chipset requirements and its successful commercialization with major OEMs in Korea, China, and TaiwanDemonstrate in-depth understanding of chipset components - mobile platform architecture, PMIC, audio, RF, modem, multimedia, camera, etc.Strong engineering background - SoC architecture, Chiplet, D2D, system IPGood understanding of mobile/laptop SoC design constraints and demonstrate ability to propose solutionsExcellent communication and presentations skills to lead cross-functional and cross-regional teamsExperience in collaboration with foundries (e.g. TSMC, Samsung, Intel) is a plus“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :Experience in post-silicon, RMA, and maintenance support for tier 1 partnersExperience with design service companiesIn Return:We are proud to have a set of behaviors that reflect our culture and guide our decisions, defining how we work together!
