For more information, visit About the roleWe are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in driving data-driven decision making across our organization. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to provide valuable insights and recommendations to various stakeholders, including executives, product managers, and monetization teams. Your expertise in data analysis and visualization will be critical in helping us optimize our business processes, identify trends, and improve overall performance.ResponsibilitiesPartner with the leadership, product and engineering teams to analyze large and complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can be used to improve product performance and decision makingDesign and develop quantitative and statistical models to extract actionable insights from structured and unstructured data sourcesConduct in-depth analysis and present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiencesStay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization, and identify opportunities to apply them to our organizationQualifications3+ years of experience in data analyticsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets and derive meaningful insightsProficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages commonly used for data analysis and statistical modelingSolid understanding of statistical concepts and techniques, such as regression analysis, clustering, and hypothesis testingAbility to effectively present to executive stakeholders to get alignment for decisions requiring complex tradeoffsAbility to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBenefitsHealth, dental, and vision care for you and your familyRobust 401(K) plan with company matchingPaid time off and paid holidaysPaid parental leaveFSA and commuter benefits programsTeam activity budgetThe US base salary range for this full-time position is listed below. Pay may vary based on a number of factors including job-related skills, level, experience, geographic location and relevant education or training.
