The Role

Do you want to make a difference and be part of a highly collaborative, cross-functional team committed to designing and modernizing technology solutions for our Operations Service Group (OSG) within Fidelity's Core Brokerage Platform Technology business unit?

We are looking for a Technology Delivery Leader, who will own the coordinated execution and delivery of cohesive technology solutions for cross-domain, highly integrated initiatives.

You are deeply committed to the value and quality delivered to our customers, and demonstrate by implementing proven planning practices, ensuring execution of the work is well-coordinated, and owning the delivery all the way to production.

You will play a key role in ensuring a collective understanding of delivery goals, creating delivery forecasts, and resolving impediments. You are accountable for maximizing the delivery of value across multiple Product & Delivery Teams, integrating value delivery stream execution across the initiative, and appropriately questioning what, why, and how we are delivering.

Your responsibilities include:
* Ensuring delivery goals are clearly articulated and understood for each value delivery stream across the initiative.
* Partnering with other Program Managers and/or Project Managers to ensure cohesion across all aspects of planning, execution, and delivery.
* Adhering to technical and quality standard practices across a cross-domain or cross-enterprise initiative.
* Completing Quarterly Planning activities for the initiative, ensuring value delivery stream integrations are understood and committed to across the initiative.
* Continuously factoring scope of work, capacity needs, and prioritization into an integrated software execution and delivery roadmap with release forecasts.
* Managing dependencies, risks, and impediments for the initiative and raise concerns when needed.
* Establishing and leading key scaled events at both value delivery stream and initiative levels.
* Continuously looking for ways to improve how the initiative is performing through Inspect and Adapt, Observations and use of data.
* Leading integrated initiative release management practices and support end-to-end testing coordination.
* Establishing communication practices through which to share delivery plans, coordinate roadmap adjustments, and provide transparency into plans and progress.
* Providing updates to leadership on status of initiative including progress, risks, challenges, achievements, and metrics.
* Effectively communicating and collaborating with key stakeholders including Squad Leaders/Product Owners, Product Area Leaders/Product Managers, Scrum Masters, Chapter Leaders/People Managers, and Architects, and other Stakeholders to ensure dependencies are managed, impediments are removed or escalated and there is visibility into the work being done and how the program is performing.

The Expertise & Skills You Bring
* Bachelor's Degree / Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
* 5+ years of experience delivering complex technology solutions that span multiple teams.
* 3+ years of experience as a Technical Delivery Lead or similar Scaled Agile Role
* Scaled Delivery Framework certification preferred (ex: SAFe, Scrum@Scale)
* Strong understanding of and experience with Agile practices, processes, and artifacts.
* Strong grasp of business context and product development techniques.
* Technology background strongly preferred; capacity for understanding and conveying technology concepts and solutions is required.
* Excellent communication and people skills; can rapidly build trust, positively influence others at all levels of the organization, and drive teams towards realizing outcomes.

*An effective, proven facilitator; able to brainstorm to generate solutions that address complex challenges and resolve roadblocks to support accelerating value delivery.
* An intellectual curiosity, passion for developing skills, modeling a culture of continuous learning, sharing, and growth.
* Experience supporting adoption and consistent use of delivery enabling tools (e.g., Jira, Jira Align, MS Office ).

The Team

As a member of this Operation Workstation team, you will provide oversight and support to internal development teams through the coordination and execution of delivery & adoption plans. This dynamic Operations Workstation team aims at creating a unified associate workstation that increases efficiencies, resource fungibility, reduces manual work and risk. Efficient and consistent behavior across individual capabilities to enable streamlined work experience across business groups. At Fidelity, our goal is for most people to work flexibly in a way that balances both personal and business needs with time onsite and offsite through what we are calling "Dynamic Working." Most associates will have a hybrid schedule with a requirement to work onsite at a Fidelity work location for five consecutive business days per week, every other week. These requirements are subject to change at any time.

Reminder: Per the Dynamic Working Policy, approved exceptions will be reviewed annually, or when the associate accepts a new role, whichever comes first.

The base salary range for this position is $100,000-$169,000 per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
