Visit our PinFlex landing page to learn more. The Pinterest Business Access team is responsible for making business management seamless, secure and scalable on Pinterest for businesses of all sizes. As the Engineering Manager, you will lead a talented and growing engineering team responsible for delivering critical features for businesses to success on Pinterest.What you’ll do:Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to architect solutions to better serve the growing number of Pinterest businessesProvide technical and team leadership on rapid short-term projects/feature development as well as longer-term development of new servicesPartner with product management to set engineering priorities, estimate scope of work, define release schedules, and track progressActively foster high-quality software development through code reviews, pair-programming, and targeted feature development and when needed to unblock the team, prototype new technologies and systems, or demonstrate good coding practicesMentor and develop engineers at various levels of seniority Enable and enhance production readiness of the broader ads manager ecosystemWhat we’re looking for:4+ years of experience as an engineering manager5+ years of software engineering experience as a hands on fullstack engineerTrack record of developing high quality software in an automated build and deployment environmentExperience leading a team of engineers through a significant feature or product launch in collaboration with Product and DesignWell versed in agile development methodologiesExperience with ad tech a big plusIn-Office Requirement Statement:We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times every 6-months and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.Relocation Statement:This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
