Responsibilities:- Responsible for the frontend development of Governance solutions for TikTok Shop in the US.- Responsible for the development of scenarios like risk management, moderation, service-care and .etc- Constantly improve customer experience through quantitative service monitoring, alerting, and the use of data and operational dashboardsQualificationsMinimum Qualifications- Excellent web technology skills, particularly with HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript- Experience integrating with web services using JSON, XML and AJAX- Experience with Node build systems- Experience using asynchronous APIs- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.- Minimum 5 years of experience with any major Javascript framework like ReactJS, AngularJS, VueJS, or equivalent- Enthusiastic about quality, design, and user experience- Great to have large-scale website architecture experience.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
