You will be responsible for ensuring that Adobe Express proliferates virally across individuals, teams, and Enterprises. What you'll doIn this role, you will rethink the future of creative collaboration from small teams to Enterprises. You will deliver vital value, while also running growth experiments to drive viral acquisition. Define and advocate for your product roadmap through partnership with engineering, design, marketing and researchBuild consensus for your multi-year vision across peers and leadershipTalk to customers as often as possible through user interviews, on-demand user testing services, etc. Understand what a customer wants, but also identify their unspoken, unmet needs.Drive day-to-day product management, including bold prioritization, detailed feature definition, partner management, and efficient implementationRun A/B experiments to quickly iterate towards key growth metricsBe a mentor and iterate on team processes to drive best-in-class Product ManagementWork at a rapid pace, and build an environment where others are passionate about keeping up with youHave fun.What you'll need to succeedRelevant product management experience — At least 3-5 years, ideally in relevant Enterprise products in a high growth phase.Insatiable curiosity for the user problem — Passionate about virality trends, have opinions on where the market is going, and are always eager to learn more. Team Cheerleader— Have a persuasive, energetic, and collaborative style that rallies everyone to align-on and deliver the best possible solution.Product led growth mindset — Run growth product experiments with a track record of learning fast to optimize an experience to reach a metric. Strong analytical abilities – An uncanny ability to synthesize information from a variety of sources to make thoughtful real-time decisions and present impact to senior leaders.Excellent Communication skills – You can clearly and compellingly communicate a point of view to executives and peers alike through written documentation or verbal presentations.MBA preferred.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $121,800 -- $228,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
