Partnering with marketing and product teams, you'll build models, uncover insights, and deliver solutions that improve user experience and healthcare outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign A/B testing frameworks and experimentation strategies to optimize engagement and retention.Develop churn prediction models and leading indicators for retention metrics.Build and refine user segmentation and personalization efforts.Mentor a small data science team and oversee roadmap execution.Collaborate on recommendation engine development for future deployment.What We're Looking For5+ years in data science with a focus on product analytics and experimentation.Expertise in DAU/MAU, A/B testing, personalization, recommendation engines, and retention strategies.Required: Python, SQL.
