Seeking BE/BC OBGYN to join fantastic team just east of Fayetteville, NC. Established, hospital owned practice Start with an already established patient load - huge demand in the area as other hospitals in the area have closed their OB departments Schedule is Mon-Thurs, 8-5 and 1/2 day Friday Nursery is Level 1; High risk patients/deliveries are transferred out and hospital has an excellent relationship to other area hospitals - just a short distance to Fayetteville, Chapel Hill, Duke, UNC, etc. No robotic surgery Established practice with one physician with option to expand later to fill demand Combined daily patient volume of 25-35 Hospital average of 27 deliveries monthly w/ a monthly average of 11 C-Sections 3 labor rooms and 14 postpartum rooms Shared Call; Expectation of 7 days/month including 1 required weekend Strong hospitalist team with excellent leadership 24/7 on-call anesthesiology and radiology support Wide scope of services provided at the hospital including General Surgery, OBGYN, Orthopedics, Primary Care, and Urology Compensation & Benefits: In addition to a competitive compensation, no RVUs and benefits plan, qualified applicants may also be eligible for loan repayment, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance.
