Perform a variety of general surgical procedures, including but not limited to: Appendectomies Cholecystectomies Hernioplasties Laparoscopic surgeries Breast surgeries Gastrointestinal endoscopies Vascular procedures Complete post-operative consultations during your shift. Requirements: Board Certification: Required; must be board-eligible or certified in general surgery. Licensure: Must hold an active medical license in Oregon. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required; other certifications preferred but not mandatory. Experience: Acute care surgery experience preferred. Schedule: Shift Duration: 12-hour shifts (7 AM - 7 PM or 7 PM - 7 AM) On-call Requirements: Providers will be on call for the emergency department. Support Staff: PA/NP coverage will be available for assistance during daytime and weekend shifts. Benefits: Competitive hourly rate based on contracted rates.
