Position Details: Position Type: Full-time, ensuring stability and a supportive work environment. Ownership Opportunity: Explore the chance for ownership in a Hospital Joint Venture Surgery Center, aligning your career with future growth opportunities. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5 pm, with flexibility for a 4- or 5-day work week to accommodate work-life balance. Light Call Schedule: Enjoy a considerably light call schedule of 1:4, promoting a healthy work-life integration. Patient Load: See an average of 25 plus patients in a half-day in the outpatient setting. Surgical Excellence: Perform 5-15 surgeries on average per week, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Dynamic Team: Collaborate with a dedicated team, including 3 ENT physicians, 1 Physician Assistant, and skilled support staff, fostering a collaborative and enriching work environment. Cutting-Edge Technology: Utilize advanced equipment such as Stryker ENT Navigation, Da Vinci SI HD surgical system, and more, ensuring high-quality patient care. Dedicated ENT Room: Benefit from a dedicated ENT room in the Emergency Department, streamlining emergency care for ENT cases. Qualifications: Board Certification: Board Eligible or Board Certified in ENT, demonstrating proficiency in the field. Licensure: Hold an Indiana Medical License, ensuring compliance with state regulations. Certifications: Maintain BLS/ACLS certifications to guarantee patient safety during medical procedures.
