Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and innovative Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to spearhead the execution of our digital marketing initiatives. This role will be crucial in executing and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive new customer acquisition and enhance retention efforts. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and revenue growth goals. This role will execute and implement marketing strategies as directed by the Sr. Director of Marketing to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid search, organic search (SEO), email marketing, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with both national and regional marketing objectives, effectively optimizing budget relative to performance of individual campaigns.
  • Track and analyze key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), providing insights on continuous improvements based on performance data to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Oversee the allocation and management of the digital marketing budget, ensuring all campaigns are cost-effective and meet established revenue and ROI targets. Exercise discretion over budget adjustments based on performance insights.
  • Ensure content is tailored for target audiences across various digital channels.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the eCommerce team to execute on-page and technical SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and enhance website visibility.
  • Support and collaborate with sales, finance, product, and data science teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies that support overall business goals.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Sr. Director of Marketing for informed decision-making.
  • Focus on driving lead generation and acquiring new customers through targeted digital marketing efforts.
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies, including loyalty programs and win-back campaigns.
  • Manage marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce) for effective lead nurturing and customer retention initiatives.
  • Collaborate on email marketing campaigns tailored to various customer segments.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day relationships with third-party vendors and agencies (e.g., for paid media), influencing their activities while ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
  • Provide input to agency partners to optimize their contributions to our campaigns.
  • Continuously monitor and assess the latest trends in digital marketing technologies and strategies to implement best practices that enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years minimum in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns across various digital channels.
  • Tools & Platforms: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Marketo, Moz, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Salesforce, Google Merchant Center, Looker Studio, and PowerBI.
  • Key Skills:
    1. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns effectively.
    2. Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt marketing strategies based on leadership guidance and market feedback.
    3. Comprehensive understanding of SEO and SEM best practices.
    4. Experience in budget management with a focus on ROI and revenue growth.
    5. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting marketing strategies to leadership.
    6. Creative and strategic thinking to develop innovative marketing approaches that align with business objectives.
    7. Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines effectively.
    8. Familiarity with loyalty programs is a plus.
