Job Summary:
Inkhouse is a leading national public relations firm with a presence in New York City. We specialize in providing strategic communications programs primarily to clients in the dynamic and fast-paced technology sector, including consumer, climate tech and fintech. Our team is dedicated to driving impactful and measurable results for our clients and we are looking for a talented Senior Vice President in Digital Strategy and New York City Office Lead to drive our team to new heights.

Job Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate and inspire a high-performing team of PR professionals in our N.Y.C. office
- Foster a collaborative and innovative culture
- Role model/champion of Inkhouse Values in all client and employee interactions
- Client Engagement:
- Manage East Coast digital practice
- Oversee digital strategy for large, strategic clients, leading the implementation of large-scale, multi-channel digital campaigns, including tracking progress toward goals, monitoring budgets and adjusting plans based on results and key metrics
- Understands how to create an integrated campaign strategy for large client budgets
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and results
- Act as a point of contact for key clients and manage client relationships, managing in excess of $1 million in client fees annually
- Develop C-level relationships with clients
- Build organic growth on existing accounts
- Is comfortable managing relationships with VP of Content and CMO
- Is constantly thinking of the big picture and how each tactic plays into strategic business plans
- Manage digital scoping/pricing to ensure it is up-to-date with the ever-evolving digital landscape
- Strategic Planning:
- Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans
- Drive initiatives to enhance the firm's position in the market
- Business Development:
- Bring a strong network of relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in technology and other sectors, particularly in New York City
- Identify, pitch and secure new business opportunities in the technology sector
- Work with our growth team to support business development in our Boston, San Francisco and Seattle regions
- Help grow a focused practice area in New York based on the technology clients located in the region and in partnership with our parent agency, Orchestra
Job Requirements:
- 12+ years of progressive experience in digital, some or all in an agency setting, leading account teams and managing people
- Flexible approach that balances strategic leadership, leadership by example and scrappiness/execution
- In-depth knowledge of how technology market trends affect communications programs
- Track record of successfully acquiring new clients and driving business growth
- Experience in technology, healthcare and/or professional services
- Excellent writing skills
- Outstanding leadership abilities
- Ability to organize and manage multiple client responsibilities
