- Brand Leadership: Lead branding initiatives, including key messaging and positioning.
- Strategic Planning: Oversee annual and 3-year strategic marketing plans.
- Membership Growth: Develop strategies to increase GPO membership.
- Marketing Execution: Create and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Lead Generation: Partner with Sales to generate and nurture leads.
- Cross-Selling: Promote the entire portfolio of offerings to optimize performance and savings.
General Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with internal experts to support strategic marketing efforts.
- Lead market research and commercialization for product launches.
- Develop promotional materials, manage trade show strategies, and support deeper penetration into strategic accounts.
- Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to business planning.
- Identify new opportunities and strategies for growth based on market analysis.
- Conduct market research and assess new customer segments for growth.
Communications:
- Work with the PR team to execute public relations strategies.
- Develop press releases to promote services and company growth.
- Manage media inquiries and crisis communications.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years in advanced marketing roles, with industry experience in healthcare or GPO preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
