Overview:
The Mobile App Channel Content Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing content across our native mobile app channel and developing the native app communication strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of content creation, curation, and distribution for mobile platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Regional park marketing, product marketing, and design, to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and enhances user experience, preparing content for distribution.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a content strategy tailored for mobile app users, focusing on engagement, retention, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to create, curate, and manage content across various channels within the mobile app.
  • Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve and optimize content for better performance and user satisfaction.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to align content with broader company objectives and ensure a cohesive brand experience.
  • Plan and manage a content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant content is delivered to the right audience.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to identify opportunities for increasing user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Ensure all content meets high-quality standards, is error-free, and adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in mobile content management and identify opportunities to enhance the app's content offering.

Qualifications:
  • Education required: B.S. Degree in Marketing, Graphics, Communications or another related field
  • Minimum years of experience required: 5 or more years in marketing, with previous experience developing a successful lead generation and nurturing program
  • A creative mindset and the ability to think about the guest experience
  • Adobe Creative Suite knowledge preferred
  • Strong business acumen and results-oriented
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally
