Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Product Owner in support of the Air Force-Product Life Cycle Capability Support Office at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.

Air Force-Product Lifecycle Management Capability Support Office (AF-PLM CSO) is a multi disciplined team of government and contactor personnel, tasked to manage and perform the configuration, fielding, training, organization change management (OCM) and sustainment of the USAF's Enterprise PLM Business Tool, AF-PLM.

Salary Range

  • Provide leadership and technical input for the transition plans to migrate legacy Engineering, Acquisition, and Logistics applications and legacy environments to AF-PLM to integrate with transformative capabilities, to include:
    • Legacy system mapping within the current business process
    • Future state business process model to include functional capabilities and interface migration needs.
  • Provide technical input for the transformation of Product Data with emphasis on Bills of Materials, Technical Data Packages, Engineering Drawings (legacy 2D and CAD), Technical Orders, Part Items, and Request for Engineering Assistance, into AF-PLM processes and data model.
  • Identify AF-PLM requirements by researching and analyzing DoD and AF Directives, Standards, and Instructions.
  • Identify AF-PLM data requirements by researching and analyzing user needs, preferences, objectives and working methods; studying how users consume content, including data categorization and labeling.
  • Support development of AF-PLM process models with a focus on data usage.
  • Support development of DoDAF compliant architecture products in support of program compliance.
  • Support validation efforts by working with the logistics community to identify issues.
  • Analyze, design, deliver, and support AF-PLM capabilities for Air Force program offices using AF-PLM.
  • Perform analysis and mapping of processes and data from legacy business systems to future state AF-PLM business system and integration requirements related to LogIT systems.
  • Support design and configuration of AF-PLM capabilities.
  • Possess an understanding and familiarity with project management, Agile, and business process modeling.
  • Facilitate and provide leadership to resources in support of user/stakeholder requirement identification including AF-PLM Capability Design, Configuration, Delivery, Sustainment to create content and facilitate communication of AF-PLM Capability initiatives.


Education, Requirements and Qualifications

  • Security Clearance Required: Tier 1
  • Bachelor's degree in math, science, engineering, or information technology.
  • 10 years of technical expertise in systems analysis/modeling with information systems and data.
  • Relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of COTS software implementation experience - analyzing, designing, testing, and implementing Teamcenter® or similar PLM solutions.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with project management, Agile, and business process modeling.
  • Familiarity with AF Acquisition and/or Logistics processes and related information systems to include Enhanced Technical Information Management System (ETIMS), JEDMICS, and Reliability and Maintainability Information System (REMIS).
  • Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management and Lifecycle Logistics.
  • Experience in AFLCMC, AFSC, or AFNWC.
  • Experience with presenting technical information and strong problem-solving skills and experience developing Microsoft Office products for staffing and briefing senior Air Force leaders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products - Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and SharePoint.
