Skai is seeking a Holding Company Agency Partner, NA who will be responsible for generating new revenue, owning existing strategic agency partnerships and driving long-term growth. You will be dedicated to a few select Holding Companies across NA and reporting to (partnering with) the EVP of Agency Development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Overall responsibility for sales, retention and growth
• Relationships and experience with WPP, Dentsu, IPG, Havas, OMD
• Drive internal and external collaboration like a champion
• Manage upsell pipeline development, baseline account planning, forecasting, engagement of prospects, resource utilization, lead negotiation and execution of business-value-driven sales cycles
• Represent Skai with client partners, third parties, at industry events and in market
• Participate in product strategy definition with the Product team, make an impact!

What you'll bring to the table:
• Holding Company sales experience, SaaS, AdTech, Digital Media and Executive level selling success
• Minimum 5+ years of online sales/sales management experience, with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals, delivering significant revenue and customer growth
• High integrity, smarts, dedication, collaboration and a value-driven, honest, and direct approach
• Excellent communication, presentation, objection handling skills and ability to resolve customer issues
• Creative and strategic thinking skills. This one is a must - the position is charged with building strategic, long-term partnerships with digital marketing agencies. Being able to think on your feet and to get creative about building customer solutions is one of the key factors in your success.
The annual salary range for this position is $110,000-150,000 plus commissions. The actual salary will vary depending on the applicants experience, skills and abilities as well as internal equity and market data.
