This role requires the position to be located in New York, NY with an in-office presence of 3 days a week.
The base salary for this role is between $180,000 to $196,000 annually. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the business development strategy, identifying and securing new partnerships that support our growth initiatives
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry businesses, innovators and distribution platforms.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align business development goals with overall company objectives.
- Negotiate contract terms with speed, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
Requirements and Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related role within the media industry.
- Proven track record of successful deal-making and partnership cultivation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Natural curiosity and interest in peering around corners to identify opportunities
- In-depth understanding of media trends, digital platforms, and content distribution.
