Position Overview:
The SCRM Supervisory Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Defense Logistic Agency's Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) program team as they build and implement requirements for the agency's SCRM program to establish a more forward-looking posture. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of Exiger's SCRM tools and the ability to apply technical and analytical expertise to meet customer needs. This position is essential for ensuring that the DLA and its customers have the insights and tools necessary to mitigate risks within the defense supply chain, ultimately supporting national security objectives.

This position requires a comprehensive understanding of Exiger's SCRM tools and the ability to apply technical and analytical expertise to meet customer needs. This position is essential for ensuring that the DLA and its customers have the insights and tools necessary to mitigate risks within the defense supply chain, ultimately supporting national security objectives.
What You'll Do:
- Provide subject matter expertise in SCRM to support DLA's SCRM program leveraging Exiger's suite of SCRM tools to deliver in-depth supply chain risk assessments, utilizing advanced tools and background data to produce comprehensive reports under tight deadlines.
- Oversee the use of Exiger's artificial intelligence document review platform for information searches and the identification of potential adverse information.
- Train DLA users on Exiger's SCRM suite enabling the agency to establish a proactive risk management posture.
- Lead by example, maintain a positive and professional attitude with clients, and establish a culture of excellence within the team.
- Perform quality control on analysis, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of intelligence assessments.
- Prepare presentations and quantitative exhibits to communicate project scope, findings, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with DLA analysts to explore and leverage new data sources, develop effective queries, and integrate information from diverse sources to provide clients with a comprehensive understanding of their mission environment.
Who You Are:
- You can demonstrate expertise in utilizing advanced SCRM tools and platforms, such as Exiger's DDIQ, for risk assessment and reporting.
- You have proven ability to deliver high-quality, auditable reports under tight deadlines.
- You are strong understanding of supply chain ecosystems, including the ability to map and analyze complex dependencies and risks.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a mid-level role supporting technical and analytical functions for Government customers, particularly in the areas of supply chain risk management or related fields.
- Demonstrated expertise in utilizing advanced SCRM tools and platforms, such as Exiger's DDIQ, for risk assessment and reporting.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality, auditable reports under tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of supply chain ecosystems, including the ability to map and analyze complex dependencies and risks.
- Experience in monitoring and assessing risks within dynamic and multi-tier supply chains, particularly in the defense and ICT sectors.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
