Slalom Consulting is looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial, and progressive leader to drive Salesforce services and client success with our Denver clients. The Salesforce Director will provide thought leadership to our enterprise and mid-market clients, set strategic direction for the Salesforce practitioners and generally be accountable for ensuring the overall quality execution of business and technology consulting across all Salesforce engagements.

Compensation And Benefits
Slalom prides itself on helping team members thrive in their work and life. Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this Salesforce Director position, the base salary pay range is $190k - $220k. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

What You'll Do
Accountability for the account focused practice, including driving quality, sales, recruiting, account management, consulting, and all operational aspects, including:
- Driving overall growth of the Denver Salesforce practice through a combination of business development, talent management, oversight of delivery work, and thought leadership
- Driving business development and solutioning complex Salesforce deals, cultivating and nurturing key relationships within Slalom and Salesforce, and passionate about attracting and growing industry specific talent
- Builds and develops relationships with Salesforce teams to drive account planning and joint pursuits
- Providing engagement oversight and governance of Salesforce projects to ensure delivery quality
- Mentoring and upskill delivery team members through practice leadership and establishment of best practices
- Developing and deliver leading practices, delivery templates, and point-of-view papers. Create reusable collateral for sales and delivery accelerators
- Managing engagement risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, defining deliverable content, and ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client
- Maximizing team performance through an effective team approach that increases productivity and job satisfaction
- Maintaining awareness of industry leading practices and business levers for cloud offerings and understand how Slalom practice areas interact
- Assigning practice area development tasks when resources are between projects.
- Responsible for People\Career Management and project staffing
- Support recruiting and onboarding of new employees
What You'll Bring
- 8+ years' experience in a large consulting environment.
- Technical understanding of Salesforce.com with demonstrated understanding of and experience with Salesforce.com architecture and APIs.
- Active Salesforce.com certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Expert at project delivery, including all aspects of program management and the SDLC.
- Expert business development skills.
- Expert communication (verbal and written).
- Expert business operations (e.g., invoicing, SOWs, margins, utilization).
- Skilled at managing multiple complex projects at once.
- Excellent mentoring and leadership skills.
- Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on projects.
- Strong work ethic with the proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, highly innovative environment.
