The Leidos National Security Sector is seeking a Training Administrator to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda, MD. An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required (up front) to be considered for this position.
We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our team. This position provides comprehensive training support, including instructing and facilitating online classes, editing training materials, managing certification processes, and ensuring compliance within the security framework. The ideal candidate will have experience in instructional delivery, training administration, excellent editing skills, and a strong understanding of the IC Insider Threat and Operational Security requirements.

Pay Range: Pay Range $61,750.00 - $111,625.00

The candidate will support Government staff in the following:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides full spectrum training delivery and administration services to NCSC-ETD.
- Additionally, supports Insider Threat professionalization services, certification programs, and education and outreach activities.
- Provide full spectrum training services:
- Instruct modules in virtual Insider Threat and Operational Security classes.
- Facilitate breakout sessions in virtual Insider Threat and Operational Security classes.
- Update Insider Threat and Operational Security curriculum.
- Administer government Insider Threat and Operational Security training programs.
- Register and communicate with prospective and current students.
- Set up virtual classrooms and breakout rooms.
- Establish and disseminate the course calendars.
- Distribute course certificates and surveys.
- Support Insider Threat professionalization services, certification programs, and education and outreach activities
- Edit and refresh Insider Threat Competency Resource Guides, to include conducting focus groups, designing and disseminating surveys, analyzing survey results, and writing reports.
- Support the Certified Counter Insider Threat Professional) Program, to include participating in bi-weekly phone calls, conveying customer interests, coordinating governance meetings, and reviewing technical reports.
- Contribute to and attend IC events including the Insider Threat Data Analysis Working group and the 811 Conference
- Participate in planning and executing National Insider threat Awareness Month events.
Basic Qualifications:
- Requires a BS/BA with 3+ years' experience. Years of experience may substitute for lack of degree.
- Requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Previous instructor and training administration experience preferred
- Previous experience in the Intelligence Community preferred
- Proficient in MS office
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
- Strong attention to detail
