Job Description

You will:
- Provide HR consulting services primarily focused on Affirmative Action, EEO/VETS, Pay Equity, DEI, state and other governmental compliance
- Conduct risk analysis, communicate metrics, and present reports to executives for informed decision making
- Prepare confidential and privileged analyses of workforce profile, compensation, hiring, promotions and terminations, including communication with counsel
- Facilitate Talent Acquisition and HR trainings for clients to strengthen compliance
- Experience preparing Affirmative Action plans (single to multi-establishment plans), complex EEO-1/VETS reporting, adverse impact & privileged pay equity analyses. Compilation of specialty census data for diversity efforts, and state compliance reporting
- Proven track record of OFCCP audit experience
- Experience providing reporting assistance and guidance to compensation teams on equity studies
- Research and provide OFCCP/EEOC regulatory reporting and updates for staff
- Prefer experience working with a remote as well as onsite workforce
- Working knowledge of HRIS systems in order to obtain appropriate data, ideally familiar with Workday
You have:
- A minimum of five years' experience leading Affirmative Action Planning (AAP) in a multi-faceted dynamic environment. Prior BPO or B2B/B2C experience required
- Undergraduate degree preferred. Graduate degree highly preferred
- Proven experience in OFCCP audits and complex EEO/VETS, inclusive of other government compliance law/audits/investigations
- The ability to execute with little supervision, making an immediate impact at Concentrix
- A collaborative nature working across matrixed organizations and departments relying on your strength to influence while remaining a consultative partner, internally and externally
- Experience working across diverse populations and varying levels of leadership providing strategic as well as optimal AAP solutions
- Analytical focus on data to determine potential AAP tactics and opportunities
