We seek a dynamic and creative Corporate Video Producer to join our marketing team. In this role, the successful candidate will lead diverse video content development that drives engagement and supports our global brand. Additionally, the role will be tasked with managing the production of corporate videos, learning and development courses, event promotions, and high-impact videos highlighted at our global events. This role requires a strong balance of creativity and strategic thinking, as you will work within our corporate brand guidelines while delivering innovative content that resonates with our members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Production. Oversee the production and editing of corporate video projects, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and business objectives.
- Collaboration. Work with other departments to create video content supporting company initiatives, campaigns, and events.
- Project Management. Manage all stages of the video production process from concept to final delivery (scripting, storyboarding, scheduling, filming, and post-production).
- Vendor Coordination. Manage external vendors, freelancers, and creative partners to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality materials.
- On-Set Supervision. Direct video shoots, ensure proper setup of lighting, sound, and camera equipment.
- Creative Guidance. Provide feedback and direction to the video team to enhance content quality.
- Editing Oversight. Supervise the editing process, ensuring that the final product meets creative vision, technical standards, and project goals.
- Trend Awareness. Stay current with video production trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve video production processes.
- Brand Adherence. Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent, high-quality aesthetic.
This position is based in our Chicago HQ where we maintain a hybrid work model.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in video production, including corporate video creation.
- 3+ years of experience leading a team.
- Experience working in a corporate setting or with B2B brands.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, media, broadcast journalism or a related field
- Strong video editing skills, using Adobe Premiere and After Effects
- Excellent scriptwriting, storyboarding and visual communication skills.
- Real Estate industry experience preferred.
- A portfolio of work that reflects a high degree of creative versatility across different video formats, including promotional, educational, and event-based videos.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of content.
- Strong understanding of the technical aspects of video production and shoot setup, including lighting, sound, and camera equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and HTML

Working Conditions:
- Hybrid model - two days a week in the Chicago office
- Flexible work hours may be necessary when facing project deadlines.
- Limited travel may be required.
- Fine hand manipulation (keyboarding)
- Video shoots require standing at times.
- Must be able to operate camera, microphone, and lighting.
- Must be able to pack, transport, and set video equipment for occasional offsite shoots.
