We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our logistics team, the team aims to provide better products and experience, better delivery costs, strengthen industrial supply chain capabilities, and enhance platform reputation and long-term value.
Responsibilities:
1. Performance experience indicator strategy, combined with existing experience indicators at the company level, output indicator strategy that can measure logistics experience, analyze and mine experience problems, complete correlation analysis with logistics fulfillment indicators, and output logistics optimization priority.
2. Continuously optimize the construction and definition of logistics fulfillment indicators, ensure that experience problems have indicators to measure the severity of the problem, and track the optimization progress.
3. Responsible for optimizing key projects related to consumer experience, benchmark with competitors, outputting optimization plans, and work with XFN team to drive optimization.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent in consumer experience management, excellent data analysis skills, and strong data sensitivity and business understanding abilities
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with engineering, science, logistics transportation, operation management background or equivalent
- 5 years of working experience in e-commerce logistics or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to secure alignment
- Self-motivated and results driven, analytical and data driven
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in E-commerce platform is a plus
