As the Head of Implementation at Awardco, you will be a key leader in our organization, responsible for overseeing and driving the successful implementation of our solutions for clients across various segments. Your strategic vision and exceptional leadership will ensure that our clients have a smooth and impactful onboarding experience.
What you will do:
  • Develop and execute the overall implementation strategy for the company, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client needs.
  • Lead and mentor the implementation team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and client-centricity. Provide guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and expectations during the onboarding process. Act as a key point of contact for client escalations and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Oversee multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Monitor project milestones and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.
  • Continuously review and optimize the implementation process, identifying opportunities for streamlining and enhancing client experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, product, and support, to ensure a seamless client journey and alignment on customer-related initiatives.
What you will bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management or implementation, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of leading successful implementation teams and driving exceptional client outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Strong client-facing abilities, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with HR technology, employee engagement platforms, or recognition solutions is advantageous.
