Amentum is now hiring for a Operations Specialists (All Levels) - CSIA position in support of the Cyber Security & Information Assurance (CSIA) Support Services office at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD and Ft Belvoir, VA. This project will provide the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM), Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Research (C5ISR) Center services to include programmatic/business management services, engineering support services, field engineering, laboratory, logistics, and acquisition / administrative support services to augment CSIA core Government personnel and turn-key solutions to support the missions of CSIA and its associated Managers and customers. This support will be conducted in close coordination with Government project leads within CSIA.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $45,000 - $125,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.).

The candidate will work closely with the client to perform the following:
- Prepares and administrates the preparation of operations procedures and initiates ongoing updates and changes.
- Assists in the operations and maintenance of an organization, branch, plant, or department by performing complex technical work and directing others as assigned in the operation.
- Instructs craft personnel and technical staff in equipment and systems operations, equipment maintenance methods, safe work practices and procedures, and administers apprenticeship programs.
- Investigates and identifies solutions to complex operational and maintenance problems.
- Performs system and equipment root cause analysis. Develops project plans, provides direction, and coordinates project activities associated with plant operations and maintenance.
- Ensures that the operations group has access to required operating orders and procedures.
- Monitors and evaluates proposed, new, and existing plant equipment and systems, and identifies changes necessary to ensure reliable operations.
- Identifies, evaluates, and coordinates with others the implementation of improved work practices and processes.
- Provides technical input to assist in development of project planning.
- Assists in the administration of the department budget and reporting the work performed within the department.
- Collects and analyzes data to evaluate operational difficulties and makes recommendations to solve problems.
- Develops and follows established modeling and evaluation processes to determine the effectiveness of current operational activities and to determine problem areas and develop solutions.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Leads and directs the work of others.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific /technical discipline.
- 10 years' experience.
- 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
- Must have an Active TOP SECRET US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a TOP SECRET Clearance.
