The R&D Operations team provides support across the entire R&D organization, helping with program status reporting, transfer to manufacturing, training programs, process development, tools development & support, test automation, coordinating centralized support, patent applications, and a bunch of other stuff to help the R&D team as a whole be as effective as possible. We are the grease or the glue (depending on the situation!) and get to work with several corporate functions outside of R&D, including facilities, finance, manufacturing, tech support, sales, marketing and IT/IS.
As part of this team, the Cloud Program Manager will be responsible for leading and managing cloud transformation across multiple teams and departments. The role involves strategic planning, stakeholder management, and ensuring the successful delivery of cloud solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud technologies, strong project management skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

What the job is all about:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex cloud programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage program timelines, budgets, resources, and risks, ensuring timely delivery of cloud projects within scope.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across various business units, including executive leadership, to communicate project status, risks, and outcomes.
- Work closely with cloud architects, product managers and development teams to translate business requirements into actionable program deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with cloud governance, security policies, and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate cloud vendor management, including contractual related activities, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance monitoring.
- Develop comprehensive program documentation, including roadmaps, status reports, risk mitigation plans, and change control processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for cloud program escalations, driving solutions to complex technical and business challenges.
- Monitor and report on program performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Coordinate and deliver timely reports to executives and key stakeholders on program status.
Who you are:
- The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing all phases of project lifecycles, from planning and requirements gathering to product development and testing, and to deployment, marketing, and post-launch support.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in program management within cloud computing or IT infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or similar.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, including infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS), platform-as-a-service (PaaS), and software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex cloud or IT projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in project and product management tools such as Jira and Aha!, or similar tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing decision-makers and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other modern project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud security, compliance standards, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and identify mitigation strategies.
- Experience with cloud migration projects or digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and tools such as CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and automation.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Friendly energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Willingness to try new things and propose improvements.
- Interest in the Live Video Broadcast market.
Bonus points if you have the following:
- Certifications such as PMP, Agile, or cloud-specific credentials (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, etc.) are highly desirable.
