Position Overview

Due to recent client acquisitions, we are seeking motivated, self-starters to join our marketing teams and support event-based campaigns. This role is an essential part of our Special Events team and offers a path toward campaign management. You will report directly to the Promotions Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Marketing Strategy Execution: Assist the Promotions Coordinator in developing and implementing event strategies.
  • Coordinate Event Activities: Manage setup, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
  • Track Event Sales: Monitor and process event sales to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Manage Event Logistics: Oversee schedules, timelines, and event flow to ensure smooth operations.
  • Event Management: Take on the role of Event Manager when needed, leading all event operations.
  • Lead by Example: Act as a mentor for interns and new hires, contributing to a positive team environment.
