Program structure:
  • Duration/Schedule: Full-time during the summer months.
  • Start Date: Summer 2025
  • Hybrid flexibility: 1-2 days a week in the office
What you'll need:
  • Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Human Resources or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level.
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills to assist employees with questions.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Planning and organizational skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to succeed in a team environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Preferred experience:
  • HRIS experience.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Familiarity and/or experience with HR practices and HR law.
What you'll do:
  • Support for Performance Management and Leadership Development Programs.
  • Assistance in the administration and analysis of these development programs, ensuring that they are executed smoothly and effectively.
  • Data-Driven insights: reports and analyses that provide insights into program effectiveness, employee engagement, and other critical metrics.
  • Creation of internal communication materials that effectively convey the goals, progress, and outcomes of talent related projects.
  • Documentation of best practices and recommendations for improving talent management, talent acquisition, and change management initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Document and improve processes.
