Immediate Hiring for Assembler Positions !! JEFFERSONVILLE, IN, US Pay rate $ 19/hr Job Description We are looking for a dedicated assembler to hand assemble small parts, complete required documentation for work performed, quality inspect work performed, follow defined work procedures, and provide suggestions and ideas for continuous improvements. The candidate must be able to work in a clean room environment, which includes gowning up, wearing gloves, and hair covers, and follow defined work instructions. Responsibilities Hand assemble small parts Complete required documentation for work performed Quality inspect work performed Follow defined work procedures Provide suggestions and ideas for continuous improvements Work in a clean room environment (gowning up, gloves, and hair covers) Follow defined work instructions Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in soldering, video gaming, sewing, crafts, or any activity requiring dexterity is a plus. Work Environment The work environment is a clean room, requiring gowning up, wearing gloves, and hair covers. The schedule is Monday to Thursday with overtime on Fridays for some lines. The dress code and personal hygiene guidelines include no makeup, nail polish, perfume/cologne, acrylic or fake nails, strongly scented lotions, and no holes in jeans. Manufacturing associates cannot take cell phones or watches into the controlled environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of JEFFERSONVILLE, Indiana.
