Start Date: 5/15/23 Contract Length: 5 month - Ongoing Shift Details: 7:00am-7:00pm Schedule: - 15-May - 16-May - 17-May - 18-May - 25-May - 30-May - 31-May - 1-Jun - 26-Jun - 27-Jun - 28-Jun - 5-Jul - 6-July - 17-Jul - 18-July - 19-Jul - 20-Jul - 24-July (2) - 25-July (2) - 26-July (2) - 27-July (2) - 1-Aug - 3-Aug - 16-Aug - 17-Aug - 30-Aug - 6-Sep - 7-Sept Work Details: - Support Staff: CRNAs - Patients per day: 50-60 - Department Description: Comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo. 1 provider is assigned to OB each day this will not be a locum. - EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia - Hospital Bed size: 11 ORs in main hospital. 2 in the ambulatory center - Special Procedures: Locums do not medically direct CRNAs Practice Setting: - Hospital - Ambulatory Surgery Center Requirements: - Board Certification: BC or BE in Anesthesiology required - License Required: Active AZ license - Certifications Required: ACLS, PALS Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
